Bonded warehouse is a logistic procedure nominated and controlled by the Customs Office dedictaed for warehousing non-UE and UE goods without payment of customs and VAT duties. Using a bonded warehouse an importer has rights to:

- deferring customs and tax duty to the unlimited      warehousing time;

-  taking in and giving out certain amount of commodity     demanded by client;

-  transit of commodities to third countries without entering    them to the Polish customs area;

- goods consolidation for further transit;
